Support hours can be used for one-on-one training, support type issues or consulting if there are reports you need developed before your report developers become proficient. Preferred Strategies provides one-on-one training to help report developers overcome the challenges faced in early report development cycles. Regardless of whether or not the one-on-one training is accomplished on-site or remotely, your report developers will have a Preferred Strategies expert working directly with them. We recommend that in order to leverage your training investment that each report developer utilizes at least 8 hours of one-on-one training.
